Perennial 495 is a high shine, durable, buffable high gloss finish that resists black heel marks and detergents.

It is ideal for multi-building facilities looking for the “wet look”.

Its ability to be easily spray buffed or recoated allows for flexibility in maintenance procedures. When maintained properly, Perennial 495 rarely requires stripping.

It is recommended for use in high traffic areas such as schools, shopping malls, hospitals, supermarkets and office buildings as well as any location where resilient tile or terrazzo must look its best.

Initial Application: Remove old finish using a suitable floor stripper. Apply a uniform coat of Perennial 495 using a hard string mop or wax applicator. Allow to dry (approx. 30-40 minutes). Apply 2-5 coats as required.

Maintenance: To maintain shine, keep dirt and grit off the floor. Regular washing with a damp cloth and periodic scrubbing with the appropriate Parkside cleaner is recommended.

Touch-ups: Recoat Perennial 495 over clean surfaces only. Its self-polishing finish provides a higher gloss and a deeper, brighter appearance.

FOR BEST RESULTS Do not dilute. Do not use on cold surfaces. To avoid contamination, do not return used finish to original container.
