HOSPITAL DISINFECTION: At 20 mL AIRx 109 per 5 litres water this product exhibits effective disinfectant activity. GENERAL DISINFECTION: For hard surfaces (walls, floors, etc.) add 20 mL AIRx 109 per 5 litres. Allow solution to wet all surfaces thoroughly and remain wet for 10 minutes. Let air dry. To disinfect toilet bowls, flush toilet, add 20 mL of AIRx 109 directly to the bowl water. Swab completely making sure to get under the rim. Let stand for 10 minutes, flush. For heavily soiled areas a pre-cleaning step is required and recommended. Prepare a fresh solution for each use.
FOOD PLANT SANITIZATION: To sanitize pre-cleaned, rinsed, non-porous food contact surfaces prepare 200 ppm active QUAT solution by adding 8 mL AIRx 109 to 5 litres of water. Allow solution to contact surface for at least 60 seconds. Let air dry. Prepare a fresh solution for each use. Avoid contamination of food. When used on surfaces coming in direct contact with food, rinse thoroughly with potable water.
VIRUCIDAL ACTIVITY: When used on environmental hard surfaces at 20 mL per 5 litres of water the product exhibits effective virucidal activity.
MOLD AND MILDEW: Controls mold and mildew and the odors they cause on hard non-porous inanimate surfaces.
SANITIZATION: AIRx 109 is an effective sanitizer when diluted in water up to 700 ppm hardness (CaC03).
MILDEWSTAT: To control mold and mildew on pre-cleaned, hard, non-porous surfaces (walls, floors, etc.) add 20 mL of AIRx 109 to 5 litres of water. Wet all surfaces completely. Let air dry. Prepare a fresh solution for each use. Repeat application at weekly intervals or when mildew growth reappears.
