Pre-Clean: For immediate results on greasy, slippery floors, perform a one-time pre-clean step with Vestec 645 Quary Tile cleaner. Follow label directions. When clean, begin using Vestec 615.
Normal Cleaning: To use Vestec 615, start by adding 4 ounces (120ml) of Vestec 615 per gallon of water for the first 7 days. Clean floors as often as you would do normally (i.e. 1-4 times/day).
Caution: As the cleaner dislodges fats, oils and grease, the floor may get more slippery until fully cleaned.
After the 4th day, take a floor brush and lightly scrub the floor. This should be repeated at least once a week. Reduce dilution of Vestec 615 to 2 ounces per gallon (60 ml) starting on week 2 and use continuously.
When possible, flood floor with diluted Vestec 615 at the end of the day. Always squeegee excess material into drain.
