FOR WOOD FLOOR DEEP CLEANING:
Make sure the floor is sealed properly. Dilute at 240ml per 4 litres (8 oz per gallon) of cool to warm water into an auto scrubber. Top scrub with a black pad or 120 grit screen disk, and vacuum up solution. Rinse thoroughly with water or a small amount of neutral cleaner. Recoat with Perennial WD Wood Finish.
FOR PERIODIC SCRUBBING PRIOR TO BURNISHING:
Make sure floor is sealed properly. Dilute at 60 ml per 4 litres (2 oz per gallon) of cool water .Scrub floor area with an auto scrubber using blue pads. Do not saturate the floor or let liquid puddle or pool on floor. Allow floor to dry thoroughly. Burnish floor with a high speed machine and the appropriate natural hair pad. Dust mop if powder is generated.
Note: Use a dust mop and the appropriate cleaner regularly to keep floor free from dust and dirt. Excessive liquid on improperly sealed wood floors may cause warping or other damage. Always limit excess water from remaining on the floor.
