A heavy duty “high foaming” alkaline detergent with superior grease cutting ability. Part of the CSG Food Service System designed for use in food processing areas particularly meat rooms where heavy grease and soil deposits exist.
Ideal for walls and inclined surfaces where stable “clinging” foam produces increased contact time and soil penetration.
Pressure Washer: Dilute 1: 5 or 1:10 in hot water. To produce a thick penetrating foam, apply with an air injected pressure wash system.
General Purpose: Dilute 1:5 in hot water for general purpose cleaning and floor scrubbing. Rinse surfaces thoroughly with potable water and follow with CSG 2000 Sanitizer.
