Remove all old finish or sealer using a suitable floor stripper. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry. Apply a uniform coat of Basecoat 456 sealer using a clean wax mop or wax applicator (do not use a standard cordon mop). Allow to dry (approx. 30-45 minutes).
Apply a second coat and let dry. Apply appropriate floor finish. Should removal become necessary, Basecoat 456 sealer can be removed with a conventional stripper.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Do not dilute. Do not use on cold surfaces. To avoid contamination do not return used finish to original container.
