For general cleaning and destaining in kitchens or food prep areas, dissolve 100 to 200 grams of Steroklor in 10 litres of water. Apply the solution using a mop, rag, spray, or brush. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with potable water.

For soaking or destaining purposes, use the same dosage and allow the solution to sit on surfaces for 15–30 minutes before rinsing.

For food processing plants (dairies, breweries, meat or beverage facilities), use 600 grams to 2 kilograms per 100 litres of tepid water. Clean stainless steel containers, filling equipment, and tanks by circulating the solution for 10 minutes, or apply manually with a cloth or brush. Always rinse thoroughly with potable water.

To disinfect pre-cleaned walls, floors, or countertops, dissolve 3.2 grams per litre of water. Apply with a mop, sponge, or spray to fully wet the surface, allow it to sit for 10 minutes, and rinse with potable water.

For manual cleaning of small containers, prepare a solution with 60 to 100 grams per 10 litres of tepid water. Apply using a cloth or brush and rinse thoroughly.

Always mix fresh solutions for each use. Avoid storing near food or in food prep areas.
