Initial Application: Strip floor using the appropriate professional floor stripper, following the instructions on the product label.
If stripping is not necessary, use Pearl Scrub to deep scrub and prepare the floor (Show-Off can be applied over virtually any other floor finish after deep scrubbing). Apply 4 or more medium coats of Show-Off finish using a clean finish mop or wax applicator. Apply additional coats as required or until desired gloss is obtained. Allow 30-40 minutes drying time between coats.
Temperature, humidity and ventilation may add to drying time. Allow finish to cure for 24 hours before burnishing.
Maintenance: Dust mop or sweep floor first. Clean floor with a mop or automatic scrubber using the recommended cleaner, following directions on label. To enhance appearance, burnish using propane, battery or electric equipment with a natural hair or aqua ultra-high speed burnishing pad.
Recoat: Dust mop or sweep floor first. Clean the floor with a mop or automatic scrubber using the recommended cleaner, following directions on label. Depending on requirements and condition of floor, apply 1-6 uniform coats of finish.
Removal: Remove using a professional floor stripper such as Hyper Lift-Off or Ultra Lift-Off. Follow all label directions.
Note: Floors can be slippery when wet or contaminated with foreign materials. Promptly clean up spills.
