Perennial MAX is a high shine, durable, buffable high gloss finish that resists black heel marks and detergents.

It is ideal for multi-building facilities looking for optimum results. Its ability to be easily spray buffed or recoated allows for flexibility in maintenance procedures.

It is recommended for use in high traffic areas such as schools (including VCT sports floors), shopping malls, hospitals, supermarkets and office buildings as well as any location where resilient tile or terrazzo must look its best.

Initial Application: Remove old finish using a suitable floor stripper. Apply a uniform coat of Perennial MAX using a candy stripe mop or wax applicator. Allow to dry (approx. 30-40 minutes). Apply 2-5 coats as required.

Maintenance: To maintain shine, keep dirt and grit off the floor regularly cleaning with a dust mop or tacking cloth. Periodic scrubbing with the appropriate Parkside cleaner is recommended.

Touch-ups: Recoat Perennial MAX over clean surfaces only.

FOR BEST RESULTS Do not dilute. Do not use on cold surfaces. To avoid contamination, do not return used finish to original container.
