NOTE: READ ALL DIRECTIONS BEFORE APPLYING.
1. PREPARE FLOOR: Dust mop floor and remove all chewing gum and labels. Dilute Parkside Wood Prep at 240ml per 4L (8 oz. per gallon) in lukewarm warm water and apply to floor. Spread liquid with a clean dry dust mop. Use an auto scrubber with maroon pads and clear water only (no chemical) to scrub and suck up all liquid on the floor. When finished rinse floor by re-scrubbing with an auto scrubber that has 60ml per 4L (2 oz.per gallon) neutral cleaner and a blue pad.
2. APPLY FINISH: Stir gently before using. Apply at a rate of 800-1000 square feet per 4L. Use a Wax-o-matic applicator or a weighted T-bar with a clean, synthetic pad.
Apply thin, even coats with the grain of the wood while walking at a slow, even pace.
Walking too fast may produce excessive bubbling in the finish. After the first coat has dried, apply a second and third coat. Allow a dry time of at least 1 hour between coats. Humid conditions may require longer dry time. Do not pour unused finish back into original container.
NOTE: Test previously coated floor in an inconspicuous area before recoating to determine compatibility with existing finish. Apply no more than 3 coats in 24 hours.
3. MAINTAIN DAILY: Dust mop at least daily, or more as required, to keep floor dust and dirt free. Damp mop spills, salt residue, etc. with a pH neutral cleaner and a thoroughly wrung mop.
4. MAINTAIN WEEKLY: If soil conditions are heavy, auto-scrub weekly with white pads and a 60ml per 4L (2 oz. per gallon) dilution of Parkside Wood Cleaner.
CAUTION: Do not use cleaning compounds other than a neutral pH product as they will reduce product performance and longevity.
5. RESTORATION: Dust mop floor. Auto-scrub with white pads with a 60ml per 4L (2 oz. per gallon) dilution of Parkside Wood Cleaner. If desired, to restore shine, burnish with a natural hair pad.
