Initial Application: Strip floor using the appropriate professional floor stripper such as Lino Lift-off Linoleum Stripper. Follow the instructions on the product label. For damaged linoleum sections, dry buff specific areas using a red pad on a 175 rpm machine. Damp mop the floor to get rid of dust. Apply 2 medium coats of Patriot 35 sealer using a clean finish mop. Allow 45-60 minutes between coats.
Temperature, humidity and ventilation may add to drying time. For increased durability or shine, apply the appropriate floor finish according to label directions.
Regular Maintenance: Dust mop or sweep floor. Clean floor with a mop or automatic scrubber using the recommended neutral cleaner and follow directions on the label. To recoat, apply 1-2 uniform coats of finish using a clean mop. Follow the directions on the appropriate finish used.
When necessary, re-strip the floor using Lino Lift-Off Linoleum Stripper.
