Remove all old finish or sealer using a suitable floor stripper. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry. Apply a uniform coat of Basecoat MAX sealer using a clean wax mop or wax applicator (do not use a standard cotton mop). Allow to dry (approx. 30-45 minutes). Apply a second coat and let dry. Apply appropriate floor finish.
Should removal become necessary, Basecoat MAX can be removed with a conventional stripper.
FOR BEST RESULTS
Do not dilute. Do not use on cold surfaces. To avoid contamination do not return used finish to original container.
