Drains exposed to heavy contamination – Add an initial dose of 900 ml Vestec 600 followed by 250 ml warm water. This will activate the bacteria and begin growth of the biomass. Repeat again the next day. Begin daily maintenance additions of 100 to 300 ml by manual addition or through the Vestec Autofeed System.
Drains exposed to light contamination – Add an initial dose of 500 ml and follow by 2-4 times weekly additions of 200 ml either fed manually or through the Vestec Autofeed System.
Grease traps – Remove as much grease and other waste from the system as possible. Add 200-400 ml daily (manually or automatically) at night or when there will be minimal water flow through the system.
