For automatic scrubbers: Mix 1 part Pearl Scrub to 40 parts water, and use a blue pad with your machine. Scrub floor and pick-up solution in one pass. Once floor is dry apply 2 coats of floor finish.
For regular speed floor swing machine: Mix 1 part Pearl Scrub to 40 parts water. Apply liberally to floor. Run floor machine over with blue pad. Pick up solution with wet vacuum immediately. Once floor is dry, apply 2 coats of floor finish.
