Disinfectant cleaner and sanitizer for general use in schools, motels, offices, kitchens, industrial, institutional and hospitals. Has a fresh lemon fragrance. EFFICACY – At 1 part “Lemon Quat” to 25 parts water, this product exhibits effective disinfectant activity against: Escherichia coli, Salmonella choleraesuis, Staphylococcus aureus.

At this level the product is also fungicidal against the pathogenic fungi, Trichophyton mentagrophytes.

Efficacy tests have demonstrated that this product is an effective bactericide, fungicide and virucide in the presence of organic soil (5 % blood serum).

“Lemon Quat” is an effective sanitizer when diluted with water up to 250 ppm hardness(CaCO3).

DIRECTIONS: DISINFECTION – GENERAL DISINFECTANT- to disinfect hard surfaces, industrial floors, walls, table tops and counters add 1 part per 25 parts water.

To disinfect toilet bowls, flush toilet, add 160mL of “Lemon Quat” directly to bowl water. Swab completely making sure to get under rim. Let stand 10 minutes, flush. For heavily soiled surfaces a pre-cleaning step is required and recommended. Prepare a fresh solution for each use.

FOOD PLANTS- display racks in meat and poultry processing and packing plants, supermarket meat rooms , kitchens and other food processing areas, add 1 part per 25 parts water. Allow solution to wet all surfaces thoroughly and remain wet for 10 minutes.

HOSPITAL- to disinfect walls, floors, table tops and counters in patient, operating or examining rooms in hospitals or nursing homes etc., add 1 part per 21 parts water. Allow solution to wet all surfaces thoroughly and remain wet for 10 minutes. At 1 part “Lemon Quat” to 21 parts water, this product exhibits effective disinfectant activity against: Pseudomonas aeruginosa PRD-10. Prepare a fresh solution for each use. All surfaces on which this product is used and which come in contact with food, are to be rinsed with potable water.

MILDEWSTAT – To control mold and mildew on pre-cleaned, hard, non-porous surfaces, add 1 part “Lemon Quat” to 25 parts water. Wet surfaces completely. Let air dry. Repeat application at weekly intervals or when mildew growth reappears.

SANITIZING- To sanitize pre-cleaned, rinsed non-porous food contact surfaces, prepare 200 ppm active QUAT solution by adding 1 part “Lemon Quat” to 80 parts water. Allow solution to contact surface for at least 60 seconds. Let air dry. Prepare fresh solution for each use.
