VESTEC 280 is an iodophor detergent sanitizer used where a chlorine sanitizer is not desirable.

It works for bar glasses, cutlery, plates, and sanitizing of other hard surfaces.

Certifications

Preparation Areas – Pre-flush with warm water. Wash with 25 ppm Vestec 280 solution using warm water. Rinse with

potable water. Prior to using equipment sanitize with 25 ppm Vestec 280 solution. No potable rinse is required at 25 ppm.

Daily use of Vestec 280 will prevent calcium deposit buildup.

Bulk Tanks – Flush with lukewarm water until all product is washed out. Wash with 100 ppm Vestec 280 solution. Brush

thoroughly. Drain and rinse with potable water.

Bar glass washing and low temp washers: Meter into the final rinse at 12.5 ppm of glasses and dishes. No potable

water required if used at 12.5 ppm. DO NOT use with hot water.

Additional information

For 12 p.p.m use 0.9ml per litre of water. (1:1111)

For 25 p.p.m use 1.6ml per litre of water. (1:625)

For 100 p.p.m use 6.6ml per litre of water. (1:152)
