CSG 1000 is a concentrated liquid cleaner disinfectant designed as part of the CSG Food Service System for cleaning and disinfecting food, meat, and poultry processing areas. CSG 1000 can be used as a one-step cleaner-disinfectant-sanitizer to leave a clean, rinsed, and sanitized surface.

CSG 1000 contains a dual quaternary ammonium chloride disinfectant active ingredient to provide a broad range kill of numerous bacteria found in food processing areas. Odour causing bacteria are greatly reduced, producing fresh sanitary conditions. In addition, CSG 1000 contains one of the most effective combinations of builders and detergents to produce effective and low-cost cleaning. Oily and greasy soils are emulsified and dispersed to produce a clean and film-free surface.

DISINFECTION – of hard surfaces, industrial floors, walls and food processing equipment, table tops, counters, display racks in meat and poultry processing and packing plants, supermarket meat rooms, kitchens and

other food processing areas, add 1 part per 25 parts water. Allow solution to wet all surfaces thoroughly and remain wet for 10 minutes. At 1 part “CSG 1000” to 25 parts water, this product exhibits effective disinfectant activity against: Escherichia coli, Salmonella choleraesuis, Staphlyococcus aureus. At this level the product is also fungicidal against the pathogenic fungi, Trichophyton mentagrophytes. At 1 part per 21 parts dilution, this product is an effective hospital disinfectant and demonstrates activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Efficacy tests have demonstrated that this

product is an effective bactericide, fungicide and virucide in the presence of organic soil (5% blood serum). “CSG 1000” is an effective sanitizer when diluted with water up to 250 ppm hardness (CaCO3).

MILDEWSTAT – To control mold and mildew on pre-cleaned, hard non-porous surfaces, add 1 part “CSG 1000” to 25 parts water. Wet surfaces completely. Let air dry. Repeat application at weekly intervals or when mildew growth reappears.

SANITIZING – To sanitize pre-cleaned, rinsed non-porous food contact surfaces, prepare 200 ppm active QUAT solution by adding 1 part “CSG 1000” to 80 parts water. Allow solution to contact surface for at least 60 seconds. Let air dry. Prepare fresh solution each use.
